We support local producers and seasonal products, which travel just a few kilometres to our kitchen. We also work with "Más que Lechugas", ecological producers that have three hectares of cultivated agricultural lands in the Sevillian Aljarafe. Our menu is extensive and crosses seas and lands to offer you paellas and rices,
gourmet tapas and dishes such as the Suquet of Seabream, the Salt Prawns, the Slow Roasted Young Goat or the Retinto beef Tagliata. We also have vegan and vegetarian options including our "Oasi Salad" with vegetables, avocados, mint and quinoa and our "Makko" of beans and baked veggies.
